When arring at Gent Sint Pieters walk towards the main entrance of the railway station.
When exiting the builing you will see the main bus station on your lefthand side.
Take the listed buses and after about 17 min get off at the busstop " Eendrachtstraat" in our street (Kasteellaan).
Cross the street and walk to the left for 180m towards N° 51 and the Castelnou Aparthotel !

At the third traffic lighs cross the main avenue(ring road) and continue into the kasteellaan until you reach N° 51 and the hotel !

We have a strict policy on non-refundable prepayment rates, which does not allow for any sort of modification or cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation, all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
The maximum occupancy is for the
- Apartment: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children
- Comfort room (studio): 2 adults or 2 children
Roll-away beds may be added to the appartment for a fee of €20 per night.
Maximum 2 rollaway beds are permitted, within the max. occupancy limits.
Unfortunately due to fire code regulations, we are unable to add roll-aways to our comfort rooms (studio's).
Yes! We are 100% nonsmoking in all 48 guest rooms and all public spaces.
This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaping.
Should you choose to smoke, a €250 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill.
We appreciate all our guests’ dedication to maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Unfortunately, in order to minimize disruption to other guests, we cannot allow your pet to accompany you.
We don’t offer an onsite shuttle/taxi service.
